• Step 1 - Download system files

• Step 2 - Install the Ltdonline program

  By installing the Ltdonline program you are agreeing to our Terms & Conditions

  Install Ltdonline - when prompted please point to the LtdOnline2.mdb database in your chosen Ltdonline folder

• Step 3 - Apply for a software filing account with Companies House.

  Please download the account application from Companies House' website:

  http://www.companieshouse.gov.uk/toolsToHelp/pdf/ofscaa.pdf

  Simply complete as advised on the form. For question 11, please ensure that you use the dedicated email address yourcompany@ltdonline.co.uk (Contact Ltdonline to setup this email address).

  Send the completed form to Companies House: Companies House Finance Section, Crown Way, Cardiff, CF14 3UZ.

  You will receive your account details (Presenter ID and Authentication Code) from Companies House within approx 10 days.

• Step 4 - Upon receipt of your Presenter ID and Authentication Code from Companies House, please contact Ltdonline to set up your account and configure your new software.
